Staying at the hotel felt like visiting an old friend and staying in his guest room. The Gator Room, especially the one bedroom suite named 'Crane,' was spacious with a lovely sitting/dining area and kitchenette, boasting fabulous decoration. The service was lovely and very welcoming, offering excellent suggestions for places to eat with various tastes and price ranges. The location is one of the hotel's strongest points, near train tracks yet peaceful enough to never hear other guests. The dining experience featured a convenient variety, including the delicious laksa. Overall, a great place for a getaway with excellent value for money.
